Creative Director (Knits/Product & Brand)
Develop and implement all textile and product design, development, and strategy - working closely with the CEO and investors to launch all MOLECULE products and brand. Working directly with vendors and factories both domestically and overseas, seeing products from design through the entire product cycle. Direct and manage a team of freelance and contract designers.
Accountable for trend, concept, design, color, techpacks, fabric/raw materials, and technical fits
Responsible for allocation, sourcing (domestic and international), vendor management, production calendar, and packaging design & development.
Conduct all R&D for soft good products: fitting, testing, washing, and ensuring top of the line quality, construction, and life of goods (QA and QC)
Extensive experience in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) to clearly communicate all designs, concepts, and ideas internally and externally (B2B and B2C)
Art direction, production, and styling for all photoshoots and social media, including working with professional athletes and influencers
